On the picture it looks as if the Predators and humans are working together against the Engineer and his xenomorph...and why are the eggs outside of the ship?... and what is the guy on the right side doing?

Maybe this is all actually occurring in a separate universe. I don't only mean a separate Canon, I actually mean that perhaps time is non linear, more cyclical in nature like some ancients believed, and the Androids and Predators already know about it...leading to the possibility of multiverse theories instead of straight-forward time travel... This would be its own separate universe/timeline/canon by the end...designated with a number for this universe, sort of like how in the Marvel comics universes there is earth 616 and 919. This would be mainly the Preds own universe to play in, but some characters and the Engineers/Alien species and Charles Weyland are present in this universe. AVP movies could be seen as an early branching timeline, not connected to the bigger multiverse.. Janek had to put the christmas tree up because some pilots know that time is relative, and Janek wanted to show that time was still moving the same for them on the ship..to comfort them...Because it will take a lot of secretly hopping through space and time before the Prometheus crew could ever get back to Earth. They had been on the ship for two years, and it would have been christmas, but it was actually far past christmas back on Earth, and the androids have been manipulating conscious and subconscious minds this whole time. Even making the company files guard the real points in space time from Yutani... Weyland corp has secretly been hopping around space-time, and the conscious mind may only perceive time to be linear...i.e. they wake Ripley up in Alien: Out of the Shadows book, send her to a different timeline, and do not allow the conscious mind to know. David was editing/manipulating Shaw's memories manually through her dreams. The cryotubes are not what we or the characters think and the dream visor tech connects to how the androids use subspace and human subconscious + memories to view and sometimes visit points in the space time continnuum.... This is one universe where possibilities are different and although the Dark Horse comic timeline is it's own universe, the timelines cross at certain points, but Predators are not a dominant group in our timeline. SOmething happened in the past, which created the Predators, but did not happen in all the timelines...The Predators, Androids and company all secretly hop across space time to reach planets in a short time... Shorter than Ripley's conscious mind had been led to believe... Basically Alien Ressurection is occurring in this timeline, but all the other movies only partially connect to the comics. Some characters from the original series, from Alien 3 etc, have already showed up again in some of the media. These are subtle hints that some people like Hicks have already been welcomed to immortality, by what David and Weyland's "trick" really did to the crew of Prometheus. Ravel and Chance heard rumors about what Weyland is really up to. They suspect they will in fact be cloned, and have their memories used to reach points in space time to "see each other on the other side" of the multiverse after they die..

Dude, the Xenomorphs would win. Although the Predators are more advanced, they can't just mass-multiply their numbers. Have you seen AVP 2? That one, I repeat, ONE PredAlien (or Abomination) almost destroyed the Earth. All they would have to do is kill (or knock out) one Predator, and boom. They win. I have always been a "Go Predators Go!" Kinda guy, until I re-watched all the films. They were all great, but Aliens was, and still is (at least in my opinion) the greatest film ever created. Oh, and by the way, I have been a Alien and Predator fan since I was 6. (My aunt made me watch all the films, and I got AVP 1 for my 5th birthday. No joke)

The avp queen in the games was in fact a empress but in the movies it was a young queen that was why it was so easily killed by scar a fully blooded warrior

I would have it set on a rainforest planet in a Predator temple. Also, the "Dual Alien", which is a slightly bigger Drone, with 3 rows of dorsal spines instead of 2, a long double jaw, and 2 tails. How was it created? A facehugger jumping on a Predator, but before it lands, the Predator grabs it, and throws it onto a Drone's face. Then, 5 Predators, have Stan Winston Studios work on it, again, a Queen, a Xenomorph Runner spawned from one of those Predator hunting dog things from Predators. Have Steven Spielberg and James Cameron work together on it, and have the ILM on some animations. THE PERFECT AVP!!! (Plus an alliance between the 2 human survivors and the 1 Predator).

Hey, give me a large budget, a cast, crew, filming locations, animators, maybe Stan Winston Studios (or Legacy Studios, either one) and a script writer, and I'll make the 1st good and awesome AVP film the world has ever seen.

Alright, to answer all other questions: The queen is in an enclosed area in the hive, which IS AN YAJUTA HUNTING GROUND (an abandoned hunting ground infested with Xenomorphs) The hive is in a temple, and the queen is in a large, square room with a few colomns holding up the ceiling. Our evidence? Funny you asked, it's an AVP-like temple, and only one of one race will make it out alive. To have you all know, I am thinking heavily about this. I'm reading and hearing about other fights. I'm going to ask some of my friends at school, who also know a lot in this subject, who they think would win. Just to let you know, this is a simple preview. I'm posting this on a new discussion page for the accual battle. It's going to be a long, action-packed story that will have readers begging for a sequel. It has less aliens than the AVP one, in total some 26 Xenomorphs vs. 3 Super Predators. There's NOT going to be some super edvanced alien like Grid that kills two of the predators halfway through the battle. Also, remember to put an entry in my create-a-Xenomorph competition!

It's a dangerous thing, thinking of stuff like this. Riddick is a different kind of everything, as is Alien, and as is Predator. That's one of the reasons the AvP movies have bombed terribly, because so far nobody has done it right, and I can't imagine adding another universe to the two as is being a very good idea at all.

To be honest some of the concepts looked terribly silly, to extreamely brutish and crazy. Very happy with how they finally turned it out~!

To be completely honest it would depend. Something like this is actually almost impossible to actually guess for. Even if we had conclusive evidence of how they would react, it would never be the same for every time it happened, a Predator may trip and die during one run while it might not the next. (All assuming of course that we found the average out of per say 100 tests). To be honest it would be close, however the Berserk had a pretty difficult time taking on a weakened Predator. Had the Predator had fully operational equipment such as the Super did, he would have probably made for an even fight anyways. So to be honest, depending on strategy, tech, alertness, etc. It would be a very close if not almost unimaginable battle. However if it were in the AvP Hive as you say, and the Supers had access to the pyramid scheme, I would assume it would be an even playing field for both sides, if they didn't, the Xeno's would have a much higher advantage over them. Regardless I feel like a Praetorian alone could quite literally take at least one down alone, maybe even two. The rest is just a matter of assumptions and mathematics really. However I feel like with a Queen the battle wouldn't last much longer than the AvP one, especially acknowledging the fact that there would be no chain and advantage of a heavy ass silo to drag it into the ocean.

I agree with you Nostormo! Have one Riddick vs. Alien film and a sequel where he crashes and gets a free vacation to the Super Predator hunting planet! :D

Sorry for not including that. 1. A big hive. About 15-20 Warriors, maybe about 5 or 6 Drones. The Praetorian is a secret. ;) 2. It's a pretty big hive. Probably like in AVP.

I could actually see that being kind of decent. The reasons that the Alien and Predator movies are hard to combine is because they have such different tones. The Riddick movies however, like Riddick himself, can adapt to their situation. For example: if they threw him into a an Alien movie, it could be a slow, dark, atmospheric film with Riddick as the protagonist. Combining all three franchises into one movie would be a bad idea though. The scope is just way too.

What kind of hive are we talking here? How many? Does it have Praetorians? Landscap matters too. If the hive were the size as the one in Aliens, then the Predators might win in an open field, or somewhere with a choke point, but they'd be done in seconds if they were in a complex cave system.

Nah. Leave the Riddick universe separate. As Svanya said it was bad enough we got the AVP movies.
