"GET OVER HERE!... Turn Around... Turn Around..." Mortal Kombat X, the highly anticipated new title in the line of popular acrade-syle Mortal Kombat fighting games will be featuring a number of cinema's most badass warriors as playable characters to gamers who pre-order the Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition, the Limited Edition, or Premium Edition versions of the game when its released next month! As fans of the Galaxy's most feared Hunter, we know that no "ultimate warrior" roster would be complete without the inclusion of the infamous Predator - and the creators behind Mortal Kombat X seem to agree! On Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack product page, you can clearly see the Predator listed as an upcoming playable character.
"The Kombat Pack is currently available in the Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition on the Xbox Store. Kombat Pack grants early access to 4 new playable characters and skin packs. Stalk and slash your opponents as Horror Icon Jason Voorhees, or play as Predator, the Ultimate Hunter. Two Klassic Mortal Kombat characters complete the offer. Each playable character comes with a themed skin pack including three new skins for select characters. Also includes The Samurai Pack available on April 14th2015."

Unfortunately a trailer revealing Mortal Kombat's Predator character has yet to be revealed. Currently, there is one for Jason Voorhees, the slasher/horror icon, who was also listed in the product description above. So, it's likely as we near April 14th, the game's release on next gen consoles, we will be privvy to a Predator introduction trailer!
Alien vs. Predator 3 – What We Know So Far
Officially, Alien vs. Predator 3 remains in concept phase for the time being. A reboot of the iconic crossover has been discussed on numerous occasions, with chatter picking up heavily from 20th Century Studios back in the Fall of 2024 after the successful release of Fede Alvarez's Alien: Romulus. The blending of Alien and Predator cinematic universes was further solidified in 2025 with Dan Trachtenberg's Predator: Badlands. The two movie monsters continue to coexist in the same timeline, but their conflict has not yet been realized since 2007. A reboot of Alien vs. Predator would likely ret-con the existing 2 entries and establish a completely new AvP timeline.
