I like the Predator a lot but on its own, not in the Alien universe. For me Alien is tops.

I prefer Alien. However, I did love all the Predator movies (even the new one) and even the first AVP movie (the second AVP movie was a disgrace though, horrible movie).

i never knew that predator was that highly regarded by many others as well ,. i always thought it was more or less considered ok by most but not nearly in the same leage as alien. it seemed though as if most people considered it well below alien.

just surprised that a lot of people felt like i do.

Similar to Lone, i really like Predator, it is a great, ORIGINAL, action film and i think that the main problem with sequels is that you already have a good idea of what to expect having seen the first one.

But, like Lone, it's ALIEN for me, for the same reasons that Lone gave.

I absolutely love the original Predator movie...I really do!

Has to be Alien though, because it was the coming together of great artistic talents, which resulted in a Science Fiction landmark!

i like the idea of predator scientists . are they similar to the predator themselves ??

do they look the same ? i mean EXACTLY the same ??

Will the Original " Alien Vs. Predator 2 " ever be made into a TPB ? The Female Predator Character is alot like the AVP Movie connection between Predators & Women.

They'll be canon until they get rebooted in another 20 or 30 years.

In my opinion, canon doesn't really matter as much as whether the movie is good or not.

Prometheus is Canon and I am sure Alien 5 will be too. Seems like Fox is rebooting the series much like what was done for the X-Men series, it effectively removed some of the crappier movies out of canon and resetting the timelines.

It's about time another Alien movie hit the screens. If there is one monster that can make us fear space, it's the Xenomorph.

Not happy at this at all.  Think the concept art is terrible to.  Sorry to sound sour guys but this isn't good news to me.

hha OOHHHHHH MAN! WOOO! I have not followed Blomkamp's work too closely, but his scifi films of this decade and last have been stellar and original, so I am excited for this! What a great idea! Yessss! Okay I am calm for a second. I will definitely be checking out some of his films

This news makes me so happy. So very happy. 

This a great read! Thinking of AVP tough, it disappoints me that the films did not have the greatest creature desgin. I mean, they were not terrilbe. A little underwhelming. I would welcome a big bidget AVP film though. Even though I used to think that they sort of tainted the orignals, I moved from that and kind of like it as its own little side franchise.

Ridley Scott continues to work on the prequels and Neil Blomkamp works on post Alien:Resurrection.  Sounds good to me.

Oh my god please let this be true. I'm serious, this would be awesome.

I'd have to go with the PREDATORS for the simple fact there whole culture is based around extraterrestrial combat or hunting facing off against humanity and xenomorphs although after seeing promethues the engineers are whole diffrent breed so this would be good but my bets on the predators plus we really dont have too much info on the engineers.

Beautifully rendered, I think H.R. Giger would approve! I entered Sideshows competition to win one...here's hoping! 

I would have probubly liked the film if I could see what is happing it was so dark half the time I couldn't see anything.

God this almost makes this horrible film look watchable. I think some of the suit design in the film look amazing and there are times, albeit very few, that it looks good, but apparently the film itself didn't have confidence in the suits or action scenes themselves since this video has 10x more lighting than any of the fight scenes in the movie. 

Do you like fight scenes that include extreme darkness, rain, flashing lights at times, and horrible camera work? Well good news this film is right up your ally.

How fantastic! I really enjoyed this game quite a bit! I am very much looking forward to this new downloadable content! :)

I'm not surprised. I don't really play video games that much because of my schedule and most games don't really hold my attention...but this game is GOOOOOOOD!!!
