Aliens: LV-426 Fan Film Released!

Filmmaker, Márcio Napoli has just released a new Aliens inspired fan film on YouTube entitled Aliens: LV-426. The film took 10 months to make and runs for 10:45. The plot revolves around Newt, returning to LV-426 where she finds Bishop on the planet's surface. Although it doesn't fit into the actual films' timelines, it is a very well done fan film, with exceptional visual effects considering the minimal budget. Although the base language isn't English, the film does have subtitles. Watch it below:

I believe if Sigourney Weaver is serious about making a return; she should contact Luke Scott (LOOM). And see if FOX would get behind her on at least doing a short-film; of which, she could easily not take a salary for. Possibly even fund it herself (or partly raise them), and give Ripley the ending she feels is right. FOX could tack it on to IMAX showings of "Prometheus 2" for the first week (if it turns out well enough).

I enjoyed this fan-short, certainly makes one wish for more.
